CLASS SONG
CLASS DAY SONG
Our labor's done, Victory's won.
    Gloversville, for aye,
We will cherish the days midst your halls.
In unknown lands, like pilgrims bands,
   We pass on our way,
      Where life's greater trials call.
      Where life's greater trials call.
Gloversville, Gloversville,
Hail to thee, Gloversville,
    While we're parting.
CHORUS
       On Gloversville, victorious!
         Your banner keep unfurled,
       And send with mighty triumph
          Your fame throughout the world.
       Remember "Nineteen-Twenty",
          Who labored not in vain.
       On Gloversville, victorious!
            ‘Til we meet again.

May sunshine's beam,
Bright starlight's gleam
    Smile on you each day
And good fortune be ever with you.
Should clouds arise, or darkened skies
   Fail to clear away,
      Forever you'll find us true.
      Forever you'll find us true.
Gloversville, Gloversville,
Hail to thee, Gloversville,
    While we're parting.

1
We are a class of G. H. S.
The class of Nineteen-Twenty,
And a better class is hard to find,
In Fact there are not any,
When first we entered this old school
Unusual pep had we.
And tho' we've been here four years since
We have it still you see.

11
You Juniors here in the front rows
You do have such hard luck.
You have no parties nor good times,
We're afraid that you've got stuck,
But cheer up little children
You may have some fun yet.
If you follow the example
That the Senior Class has set.

111
Then here's to the good times we've had
Since we've been in Old High.
Now comes the time to say farewell
And bid you all good-bye.
Here's to our school and teachers, too,
We wish you luck aplenty
And hope that you may ne'er forget
The Class of 1920.

CHORUS
The Class of 1920 Oh, Class of 1920
Oh! Dear old 1920, Of G.H.S.
