The Trustee is to have the Deeds Records in Clerk's Office at Johnstown.

Robert Richards is to have $1.50 for building fires for the last term and also to have the top of the heater repaired.  Money raised for School Expenses for the Ensuing Year.

Teachers Wages; Seven hundred and fourteen dollars $714.00
(These last two lines have a line through them.)

Trustee to build a terrace on the East side and North end of the School House lot - Sarch(?) fence to be wire and six feet high, the wire to be known as Page Wire and also the Tax Payers Notice to sell old School House and order the Trustee to put the same up for auction and sell the School to the highest bidder.

Voted that Two Hundred Dollars be raised for Expenses. 

(At the 1905 Annual Meeting Cyrus Bartlett was elected Clerk. However at the end of this entry there is no signature.)



1905

At the Annual School meeting the following motions were voted and carried.

A motion made and carried that the Trustees report be excepted.

A motion made and carried that Daniel Drew be Trustee the following year.

A motion made and carried that Miles McDowell be Collector for the following year.

A motion made and carried that Cyrus Bartlett be Clerk for the following year.

A motion made and carried that the District raise by tax One Hundred and Fifty Dollars $150.00.

A motion made and carried that the District use Coal for fuel.

A motion made and carried that the District dig a well on the School grounds.

A motion made and carried that the District raise twenty-five dollars $25.00 to dig the well and if it costs more. The money is to be taken out of the Treasury.

A motion made and carried that the District buy an Iron force Pump.

1907
Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.
William Cromer elected Chairman

A motion made and seconded that we accept Mr. Bartlett's account Carried.

A motion made and seconded that Herman Hymes act as Trustee for the coming year. That R. S. Coe act as Clerk. Carried.

A motion made and seconded that Yost Wallace act as Clerk. Carried.

A motion made and seconded that the old seats be sold for 125 cents. Carried.

A motion made and seconded that two hundred dollars (last word crossed out) and fifty dollars be raise for School expenses Carried.

August 4, 1908
William Cromer elected Chairman and Geo. H. Smullen Clerk for this meeting.

Herman Hine's report excepted as Trustee.

Motion made that Geo. H. Smullen be the Trustee. Carried.

Motion made that Miles McDowell be Collector. Carried.

Motion made that Clarence Foland be Clerk. Carried.

A motion made that the School House be painted this Fall, School House be painted with oil and led.

A motion made and Carried that the Trustee attend to paint the School House. 

A motion made and the Dist. raise by Tax Three hundred Dollars. Carried.

The following officers were elected.

Motion made and carried that Eugene Richards be Chairman.

Motion made and carried that the Trustee report be excepted.

Motion made and seconded that Heman Hine be Trustee for the coming year.  Carried.

Motion made and Carried that Mr. Drew be Clerk.

Motion made and Carried that Yost Wallace be Collector.

Money in Trustee hands $78.59

Motion made and Carried that Trustee repair cellar wall.

Motion made and Carried that the Dist. raise Two Hundred Dollars to repair School House and other expenses.

Motion made and carried making Yost Wallace Collector and Clarence Foland Clerk.

Motion made and Carried to raise $260.00 Two Hundred & sixty dollars.

School Meeting May 2, 1911

Motion made and Carried tat School expenses of $343.55 up to May 2, 1911.

Mr. Edward Edel was elected Trustee by ballots

Mr. Miles McDowell was elected Collector by ballots.

Mr. Clarence Foland was elected Dist. Clerk by ballots.

Motion made and Carried the the District raise by tax Two Hundred and fifty (250.00 Dollars).

Motion made and Carried that the School House well be made in good condition by ballot.

Motion made by ballot that the School House be insured for One Thousand Dollars when the present Policy expires.
