This copy of the last will and testament of John J. Stewart obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 19th Judicial Circuit, McHenry County, Illinois. 2200 N. I, JOHN J. STEWART, of the Town of Hebron, County of McHenry, and State of Illinois, hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in words and figures following, to-wit;

First: It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid.

Second: After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give and bequeath to my wife, FRANCES STEWART, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.).

Third: I give, devise and bequeath to my said wife, FRANCES STEWART, the following described real estate situate in the County of McHenry and State of
Illinois, to-wit; The South-east quarter of Section Number twenty-seven (27) in Township Number forty-six (46) North, of Range Number seven (7) East of the
Third Principal Meridian, to have and to hold the same for and during the period of her natural life, and upon the death of my wife, I give, devise and bequeath the
above described land to my children, MAY STEWART, ROBERT STEWART and DONALD STEWART, to be divided equally between them.

In case however that I am not the owner of the above described real estate at the time of my death then I give and bequeath to my said wife, FRANCES
STEWART, in lieu of the life use thereof, the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15000.) for and during the period of her (strike out) natural life, and on her death
said sum of money shall be divided equally between my above mentioned children.

Fourth: All the rest, residue and remainder of the property left by me at the time of my death, of every name, nature, character and description, real, personal or
mixed, and wheresoever situate, I give devise and bequeath to my children, MAY STEWART, ROBERT STEWART and DONALD STEWART, to be
divided equally between them.

In case of the death of any of my said children before my decease leaving child or children, who survive me, then the share or portion of my property which I have
bequeathed or devised such deceased child or children, shall go to his or her child or children, and in case of the death of any of my children before my death leaving
no child or children, then the share I have given to such deceased child or children shall go to my surviving children.

The above and foregoing clauses of survivorship applies to all property bequeathed or devised under the third and fourth clauses of my will.

Lastly: I nominate and appoint my wife, FRANCES STEWART, executrix of this my last will and testament, without bonds being required of her, and I hereby
revoke and annul any and all prior wills by me made.

I hereby authorize and empower my said executrix, and in case she be discharged as executrix, my wife FRANCES STEWART, to carry into effect any and all
contracts for the sale of real estate that I may have entered into in my lifetime, and on payment of the purchase money on the lands sold under said contracts, to
execute and deliver good and sufficient deeds of conveyance of lands described in said contracts, to the purchaser thereof.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of September A.D. 1907

STEWART as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who, in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request, have signed our
